Absolutely wonderful we lost power due to a tree for 3 days!! They even kept the same price for my family as well as my sisters family as we both stay in the same complex. I appreciate their kindness. Their rooms were so clean too! These are some good people and can’t wait to stay there again with my fiancé in October!!! Thanks for the hospitality!!! I came to this location after checking into the University location, which was absolutely disgusting—run down, and nothing worked properly. Because of that, I made a reservation here instead. I called shortly after booking, and the woman I spoke with was incredibly kind. Due to the circumstances, she waived my check-in fee and even allowed me to check in at 4 a.m. I did have to wait about 3–4 hours, which was completely understandable since I had to pack everything back up. She has been amazing. I have my dog with me, the bed is comfortable, and the room was spotless. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the situation I was in. Traffic around this location is pretty intense—it’s very busy—but it’s right off the interstate, which is convenient. Overall, I’m very pleased
I have stayed here multiple times and my rooms have aleays been kind of dirty i just make sure to clean it myself when i first get there.
This place had a reasonable price, it was clean, in good repair, and we did not even have any minor issues. The hallways and common areas were also in good shape. We would definitely stay here again. The check-in was seamless and worry free thanks to the delightful clerk Jennifer. If I was pressed to make one complaint, it would be that the TV was on the smaller side and the mattress was just a little better than uncomfortable.
Its located right off the interstate ..great location.. Spotless room with a comfy bed..and if you give them an email address to sign up to become a member it is the cgeapest motel around by 30 dollars from what ive researched.
The rooms were okay, the people that work here make it so much better. Very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. The bathroom stopped up on us as we were leaving. Im sure they would have handled it in a timely manner like they did with the tv.
